A Vantage client surgeon wanted to expand his practice but needed help with building his referral base in the expansion territory.
Vantage touted Dr. Jones' abilities and reputation with local ODs and helped him to quickly ramp up a profitable third satellite location.
Vantage continues to increase its client base with the addition of Banner Health, one of the largest not-for-profit hospital systems in the country.
Vantage Outsourcing CEO, Ann Deters, announces the addition of Banner Health as a new client of the growing outsourcing company.
According to David Milton, the administrator for Banner Surgicenter, the first ambulatory surgery center in the United States,
“Vantage Outsourcing filled many critical needs for us. With the help of their professional account executives, Vantage helped us
locate a high-volume surgeon, utilize the equipment we want and need with no capital outlay, and removed the ongoing hassles
of equipment failure and microscope issues.”
Milton added, “Cataract outsourcing is going to help our facility operate more efficiently and profitably.”
Banner Health, based out of Phoenix, Ariz., is one of the largest nonprofit hospital systems in the country. They operate
in seven states including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Nebraska, Nevada, and Wyoming. Banner Health has 23 hospitals
and several primary care centers and clinics offering physician services, ambulatory surgery, hospice care and home care. They
also provide more than $80 million a year in charity care. Banner Health was named one of the Top 5 Large Health Systems
in the country by Thomson Reuters and was selected as one of the Top 10 of the Top 100 Integrated Healthcare Systems
in the nation by SDI and Modern Healthcare Magazine.
“We are excited to welcome Banner Health as one of our clients,” said Deters. “We look forward to providing them
excellent service for all of their cataract surgery needs for years to come.”
