Kipp Fesenmaier

Vice President, Business Development

Kipp oversees all new business development for both government and private-sector healthcare facilities. He plays an integral role in driving new business opportunities for Vantage Outsourcing.

Kipp has more than 20 years’ experience in the ophthalmic industry, serving in leadership positions such as vice president and general manager, and as CEO of an entrepreneurial start-up.

Kipp earned his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from United States International University, San Diego, CA.

Matt Crawford

Account Executive

Matt currently works with our customers in the Mid-Atlantic states. Matt has an extensive background in ophthalmology and health care management working for large hospital/ASC systems as a purchasing agent. Matt served our country as a Marine in the Iraq War where he was a Platoon Sergeant with Bridge Company Bravo 6th Combat Engineers and was awarded the Purple Heart for being wounded in combat.

Dennis Deters

Account Executive

Dennis plays an integral role in new business development and strategic consulting for Vantage Outsourcing. He has more than 20 years of ophthalmic surgical experience and has been a major contributor to Vantage Outsourcing’s continued growth. Dennis currently serves clients in the Midwest Region.

As a seasoned professional, Dennis has extensive medical and surgical sales experience, with special expertise in the development and execution of strategic planning for ophthalmic practices. Having obtained a well-rounded agricultural degree at Lake Land College, Dennis brings a unique skill set of innovation, logistics and planning to Vantage.

Kelly Heinold

Account Executive

Kelly oversees existing clients while focusing on new business development in the eastern South-Central Region of the United States. Prior to joining Vantage, Kelly worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Dell and Cumulus, notably helping local businesses grow through her expertise, commitment, and award-winning customer service.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.

Diana Meisenheimer

Account Executive

Diana currently works with Vantage Outsourcing clients in the Southwest. She has more than 16 years’ experience in the ophthalmic industry. Diana has held positions such as COA, surgery scrub, supervisor, trainer, ophthalmic research coordinator, and recruiter.

In 2008, Diana assisted Dr. Warren Hill with live surgery at the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery Symposium.

David Singleton

Account Executive

David serves clients and develops new business in the Southeast Region of the United States. He is a two-year veteran with Vantage Outsourcing.

David’s background includes branch management experience, and sales experience in professional services and healthcare industries. Throughout his professional career, he has been recognized with various achievement awards. David earned his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Caldwell College.

Kyle Smelser

Account Executive

Kyle oversees business development in California. Prior to joining Vantage Outsourcing, Kyle worked in sales for Spectrum Medical X-Ray and Xerox. He is based out of Los Angeles.

Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Indiana University.

Jennifer Weintraut

Account Executive

Jennifer serves clients in the Texas and West-Central Region of the United States. She works with existing clients and focuses on new business development in this region. Jennifer has been working with Vantage Outsourcing for one year.

Her background includes clinical and OR experience, as well as management experience in the ophthalmic industry. Jennifer’s expertise includes solo practitioner practice to large sub-specialty ophthalmology practices. She is a certified ophthalmic assistant.
