Colleen Mason (Staff Choice)
I feel Colleen Mason would be a good candidate for the V Award. Colleen volunteered to work extra hours if we need her.
She treats all staff members and patients with great respect. She always does the right thing even when no one is watching.
She dove head first into one of our more difficult accounts (Dr. Gupta) and has received wonderful reviews. She is fully committed to Vantage and her doctors. Colleen always ready and willing to help.
Colleen has been very helpful in bringing solutions to situations that come up in the field. Example: She received Jessica’s product by mistake and volunteered to drive it up to her to avoid any additional shipping cost. This product would have needed to be overnighted. She figures out ways to help Vantage with a logistic issues, for example she recommended housing the Lumera I used by Southampton at our Wilson facility.
Colleen does a great job checking in on a regular basis. She contacts the correct department to address any concerns. Colleen is always communicating with her fellow employees and with the office staff very effectively.
Colleen is a great listener and a quick learner. She takes her job very seriously and wants to provide the best care and service possible. Excellence comes naturally for Colleen.
