Vantage Outsourcing CEO, Ann Deters, announces the recipients of the outsourcing company’s second quarter “V” Awards, which are given to two employees each quarter to recognize their commitment, hard work, creativity and customer service.

Shoot and Ford receive the first quarter awards due to their proven accomplishments, work ethic, and continued dedication to the company’s clients.

Angie Shoot (Staff Choice)

Integrity: Angie is always open and honest with her coworkers and peers. She has earned the trust and respect of many individuals, and everyone knows when they need something done that she will be there for them.

Communication: Angie continually focuses on communication so that everyone can easily and successfully manage their BambooHR, Vanguard, and Ximble information. With her development and continual improvement of the onboarding process she welcomes our new hires and ensures they feel connected with their peers.

Commitment: Angie will get the job done. She knows that at the end of the day we all need to provide the very best customer service, both internally and externally. Through her continued drive for success she sets the bar very high for those around her.
