Brad joins Vantage as a 25+ year veteran of the healthcare industry, serving in executive roles with both healthcare service and healthcare technology companies. He is a CPA (inactive) and proven executive with success in developing, organizing, and managing operations from start-ups to multi-million-dollar businesses. Brad is a visionary, customer-driven executive leader known for consistently creating value, profitability, and aggressive growth through sound fiscal management and building, leading, and enabling high performing teams.
Brad’s career history consists of leadership positions within publicly traded companies and in many private equity and venture backed organizations such as President of Peak Health Solutions, Chief Revenue Officer at RazorMetrics, Chief Revenue Officer at RemitDATA, and senior leadership roles at Experian Health, HMS, and AIM Healthcare.
Brad is a poised leader and a catalyst for implementing positive change with a track record of top line growth, increasing profitability, optimizing operations, and garnering employee and customer loyalty. As an adept relationship builder, he routinely guides executive teams through complex decisions, the cultivation of strategic partnerships and acquisitions, and the fusing disparate interests into win-win outcomes.
Brad splits his schedule between his home in Franklin, TN and the company headquarters in Effingham, IL and serves on several local boards and advisory committees. He has three grown sons and enjoys traveling and as much time on the golf course as his schedule will allow!
President and Chief Operating Officer
Christopher Swing is a solutions-focused Senior Executive and Board Member with more than 15 years of success across the food, insurance, printing, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. He has extensive experience in operational leadership and execution of savvy financial controls. His broad areas of expertise include strategic operational changes, accounting, outsourcing, risk management, capital investments, forecasting, financial analysis, budgets, product marketing, and cost accounting.
Throughout his executive career, Mr. Swing has held leadership positions at companies including Vantage Outsourcing, Swing Insurance Center, Pinnacle Foods Group, and United Graphics. As President & Chief Operating Officer of Vantage Outsourcing since 2018, he has optimized operations with strategic talent placement and team building, reduced overhead by streamlining the organizational structure, and developed a more efficient accounting back office including a transition to e-payments. He is also Owner/Agent with Swing Insurance Center, where he offers property, casualty, life and health insurance policies. He previously worked with Pinnacle Foods, where he rose from Senior Financial Analyst to a Senior Manager/Controller position. Here he developed and directed a finance team overseeing a $400 million operating budget, helped prioritize $50 million in capital investments annually, prioritized continuous improvement projects, and represented operations finance on the merger committee integrating a newly acquired $1.2 billion company into the company. He earlier worked as an Accounting Administrator and Commercial Sales Director with United Graphics.
Christopher holds a B.S. in Accounting, an MBA with Concentration in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University, and an A.S. in Business Administration from Lake Land College. As a seasoned Board Member, he has held board positions with Charleston Area Charitable Foundation, Clear Water Service Corp. (Past President), Eastern Illinois University Alumni Association (Past President), People First Bancshares, Inc (Director), Effingham County Chamber of Commerce (Chair), and Vantage Technology Holdings Inc (Director).
Chief Growth Officer
Sean O’Donnell is a healthcare industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in expanding healthcare services firms. He has extensive experience in sales management and execution of business development strategies. His broad areas of expertise include strategic operational insights, creative prospecting, marketing, outsourcing, risk management, product marketing, as well as recruiting, managing and motivating sales teams.
Sean is a proven and well-rounded leader responsible for delivering revenue objectives, building winning teams and shaping company cultures aligned towards consistent customer acquisition, while forging long standing business partnerships. Sean oversees all revenue generation processes to ensure Vantage Outsourcing delivers effective customer journeys and expands the market of outpatient surgery solutions.
Throughout his executive career, Mr. O’Donnell has held leadership positions at companies including Vantage Outsourcing, Shearwater Health, Trinisys, Restore Rehabilitation, Conduent, Optum and Gwinnett Health System. As Chief Growth Officer of Vantage Outsourcing, he is an innovative and accountable leader responsible for the strategic growth of the sales and marketing departments. He has a servant leadership mentality that bodes well for developing competitive sales teams that thrive on success. He ensures the products and services being delivered to our valued clients are properly promoted and the expansion of business development team mirrors our geographic expansion plans.
He previously worked at Shearwater Health as the Chief Revenue Officer delivering clinical solutions to hospitals and payers. Previously, he lead the sales department at Trinisys offering technology solutions to hospitals related to large-scale electronic health record transitions. Prior to Trinisys, Sean lead the sales and client services teams of Paradigm (f/k/a Restore Rehabilitation) and was instrumental in the expansion of the privately-held organization that eventually yielded a lucrative sale of the organization. While at Conduent (NYSE: CNDT), Sean participated in the development and execution of new business that yielded two different transactions. His role at Optum (f/k/a AIM Healthcare) and Gwinnett Health System included sales and marketing related to revenue cycle solutions. Sean is married with three children and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Senior Vice President of Operations
Jason Carpenter is a service-based leader with 20+ years of experience in the medical industry. He has a consistent track record of establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, exceeding operational goals, and developing new business. He is lauded for his exceptional customer service and market share gains, of which he credits his ophthalmic knowledge, technical expertise, and surgeon collaboration.
Jason began his career with Vantage in 1999 and, since that time, has held positions from Clinical Operations through Supply Chain, including executive leadership roles.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology degree from Eastern Illinois University. He has also served on the Board of Education for St. Anthony of Padua Schools (2015-2021) with four years on the executive committee, including two as President. Jason also enjoys serving on the Scholarship Committee for the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce and participates in the CEO Mentorship program.
