Vantage surgical outsourcing coordinators, account executives, and home office staff combine many years of working in and with the ophthalmic industry and provide a wide array of competencies and expertise that are the essence of our value-added services to our health care partners.
All of the staff at Vantage Outsourcing are involved in the job of Customer Service. In addition, we devote a full-time person to the task of being your first level of contact when issues arise. Our Customer Service coordinator will answer your questions or direct you to someone who can address your needs and/or concerns, and will periodically call you to ask whether Vantage is meeting your expectations and how we can improve the quality and delivery of our services.
The IOL Coordinator is your liaison for all of your IOL needs. As one of our primary services to our clients, Vantage Outsourcing keeps consignments of many IOL brands. The IOL Coordinator manages those consignments and works closely with our clients to ensure all of the necessary IOLs will be there on your surgery day. The IOL Coordinator is there to help you with any questions you may have about intraocular lenses.
Our Scheduling Coordinator is devoted to ensuring that all of the preferred ophthalmic instrument company equipment, requested surgical disposable brands and the surgical staff arrive on time for your surgery day. The scheduling coordinator stays in contact with facilities and doctors’ offices to confirm surgery dates, the estimated number of cases scheduled, the surgery start time, and the required ophthalmic equipment and products.
